Hazard VOD review D2-M4

I'll have games like this where it's either a JQ or Zarya against me, and there's seemingly nothing I can do to turn the tides. This game is very representative. Other than the times I'm doing some blatant feeds, where am I going wrong? Looking to incorporate some fundamental changes to how I play Hazard in these situations.
