Virtual game cards from a returned console that is offline?

I’m in a pretty unique situation. I bought a switch 2 for Christmas and it worked for a few days and then the screen wouldn’t turn on despite all of the troubleshooting, Nintendo recommended. They told me to return the console to the place I bought it (Meijer) and get a new one.

Because I couldn’t get the console to turn on, I couldn’t remove my virtual game cards from it before returning it. Now Meijer has my console and I have a brand new one. I don’t care about my save data, but I want all of the games that I paid for to be transferred to my new switch. I can’t unlink the device because it’s currently off-line at Meijer.

Is there any way to get my games back? I plan to ask Nintendo, but they’re apparently closed for the day.
