Frozen doors

Not long ago bought passat B7 (2014) sedan. Now in winter my driver door gets frozen like i cant open from outside and cant close it but i can open from the inside. If its gets warmer everything unfreezes and works. Tried spraying locks and everything with WD-40 didnt help.

Whats the problem and how to fix it?
