WHAT THE HELL IS THIS

Can someone explain to me what the hell is going on? When I'm in the final match for promotion to another league, no matter what I do, I can't win, I can't win, my defenders are constantly retarded, and I see my opponent is a total amateur. LOL, this is some kind of fucking joke. No game has pissed me off this much in a long time.
