Need help with the russian tech for golem works.

I'm stuck.

How the hell do I go from this:

https://sulozor.github.io/#/atziri-temple?t=ACFIIUghSCFIIUgAAAAAADlgSCEAAAAAAAA5IUgAAACYAAAySCEAAAAAAABpIUgAAAAAAABwSCEAAAAAAAB6IkgAAAAAAIBxMSIxOWEIQHpwaQ

to this:

https://sulozor.github.io/#/atziri-temple?t=ACFIIUghSCFIIUgAAAA5YDlgSCEAAAAAAAA5IUgAAACYAAAySCEAAAAAAABpIUgAAAAAAABwSCEAAAAAAAB6IkgAAAAAAIBxMSIxOWEIQHpwaQ

My guess would have been like this:

https://sulozor.github.io/#/atziri-temple?t=ACFIIUghSCFIIUgAAAA4ADlgSCEAAAAyaDI5IUgAAACYAAAySCEAAAAAAABpIUgAAAAAAABwSCEAAAAAAAB6IkgAAAAAAIBxMSIxOWEIQHpwaQ

But this doesn't let you place the golem works, or at least not in the simulator.
