Can someone tell me how to fix this thing?

(First of all, idk anything about coding or tech in general, so don’t judge me) So, a couple months ago I bought the innioasis y1 and i’ve been uploading music, videos and themes in it. The thing is, it kept saying that I needed to format it because of some error or something, I didn’t wanted to have to upload everything again, but I was worried that something might go wrong with it, so I ended up resetting it, surprisingly, my files didn’t dissapear, but it started to glitch every time I plugged it in to my computer, then it started to say that I needed to format it AGAIN, so i ended up resetting it a couple of times more. It happened again today, so I immediately resseted it again, but this time the files actually deleted, and when I tried to upload them again i realized that there are some folders missing. Does anyone know what to do? I already tried resetting again, but it didn’t work.
