Is the Minthara Romance fulfilling on a good playthrough?

I know a lot of people get hung up on the lack of a sex scene in an unmodded, morally good playthrough but I’m not too concerned with that. But, as the title says, is her romance still fulfilling? Like, are there more endearing and romantic scenes or dialogues rather than purely sexual ones? I guess I’m just wondering what I’m in for as I know it’s a lot of set up and dealing with bugs. I’d rather not go through all of that for a kiss and a single epilogue scene.
