CMV: We Have More Middle-Ground Than We Think We Do.
One thing has been bothering me lately and it is the fact that most of us are totally unrepresented. There are 2 main groups controlling the narrative right now and it is making people think that there is only 2 modes of thinking, regarding what happens in the US.
Me for example: Pro- Law Enforcement; Anti-Feds patrolling the streets
Equally upset at the deaths of Charlie Kirk as well as Renee Good; didn't care/know about either of them until they died. But upset because murdering people shouldn't become the norm.
Socially traditional; Financially left-leaning (not a tankie).
Pro-Background check for firearms; Pro-Gun/constitutional CCW as well as anti-registry for people who can legally own them.
Not trying to virtue signal or anything but am trying to show that my views aren't going to be uncommon and that neither of the 2 choices I have to represent me will not do that. No matter who we voice our opinions to, we will be grouped between 2 ginormous-tent groups that literally get nothing done. Why does it have to be this way? We have more middle-ground than what the media companies and loud minorities tell us to think we have. We need to use it for change so that we aren't walking ourselves towards becoming commies/nazis.
