Question about stats points

I know you get certain "buffs" or perks (whatever you want to call them) every 10 points but for the stuff each stats increases, anyone know how much you get per point? For example incase that was confusing Strength gives hp and damage how much do you get per stats point? Is what I'm asking if anyone knows
