Headed to Melbourne for three weeks

Hi! I know very little about Australia tbh, just there to visit a friend. What are some of your favorite foods you love that are specific to Melbourne or Australia in general? Or favorite coffee shops / restaurants that I absolutely cannot miss? Any other ways to immerse myself in the culture (beyond going to the beach lol).
