Is it normal to have uneven feelings on the button of switch2 pro controller?

Hello everyone, I just bought 2 switch 2 pro controller for my family an myself, however, when I try to use it, the A character on controller 1 and B character on controller 2 feels a bit uneven, like it is non flat and I can feel some convex. Is it a normal thing or I just being unlucky and get 2 bad qc controller? Thanks for helping.
