Number 10 Rejection - Success

I applied for Poland type D work visa in Mumbai.

Applied on 4th December.

Received rejection on 13th December.

Appeal submitted on 19th December.

In between these dates, my employer got a call.

Received the visa on 13th Jan 2026.

I felt the packet first and touched the "U-clip" with which they sent back the photo. I thought they did not use the photo and sent another rejection. But 😭😭😭😭

I heard appealing number 10 rejections and getting a visa is hard.

Documents i submitted for appeal: application form (I thought VFS did the blunder at my first appointment, so clarified that in appeal letter) A letter from employer stating genuine employee they hired and they still need me.

I think number 10 depends on the company.
