golf league management app

Hi I am not trying to sell anything but would like to gauge interest in an app idea I had. basically it would be an app that any mens/womens/coed league could use to add handicaps, live scoring, and different game modes that change from week to week (2 man scramble, bestball, stableford) the app would take the information to make a leaderboard that updates each week so it would be like playing in official golf tournaments accept against friends of similar skill level. I think this would add a certain level of competetiveness that mid to low handicap golf is kinda lacking. Please tell me if you would use this app why or why not.
