NCPD dispatch questions

Started playing the game two weeks ago. Completed the main story and accompanying side quests but noticed I still have NCPD messages. They don't seem to point to anything specific with a marker unlike the fixer jobs so I'm not sure how I can find them. The messages has some location detail which I'm fine working with but some of them mention street names and I can't seem to find a way to see where to read them.

Also, after finishing the story I started watching a Let's Play from a Youtuber I regularly watch and I noticed that she gets actual video calls from an NCPD officer like the fixers do. I never got any of those at all. She played it at around launch which may be the issue because of the massive changes this game has made through the years.

What am I missing?
