Does your gaydar work on European men?

I'm in shock. A guy I was convinced was gayer than Jack McFarlane is in fact just European. I can't believe it. Straight and yet so gay, no offence sis. I can't even process this, are European men just that liberal? What is going on? I'm from a conservative background so even the gay men where I'm from are pretty butch, well... It's just shocking to me that someone can fit every gay stereotype and yet not even like dick. I'm learning but just shocked
