Storage mismatch?

So I recently brought a refurbished laptop. It has a 512 gb ssd which I understand translates to 477 of actual usable space how ever my c drive is only 237 gb and I can't seem to find where the rest of the storage is. In the storage section under settings it has a usable space of 338gb how ever in the my pc section it shows only 237gb. Any ideas on what could cause this and how to fix it?

Device is a xps 15 9570 with a pc401 NVMe sk hynix 512gb ssd
