Dragon shield + KMC perfect fit problem

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this or has a solution- I double sleeve my binder cards with a kmc perfect fit (upside down so the opening is at the bottom) and then put it in a dragon shield sleeve. For some reason I can’t get the card to the bottom of the dragon shield without the kmc catching and riding up on the card basically leaving the bottom hanging out and a ton of extra space on the top. Occasionally I’ll get a perfect match when the sleeve doesn’t ride up to much, but I’m wondering if this is a user error situation or a known problem with a solution. Thanks :)
