Library work outside of the US?

Considering the current state of the US and where things will likely head in the next few months to years, I’m trying to figure out the logistics of potentially getting out of here. The problem is that library jobs outside of the US seem near impossible to find or acquire. Does anyone have any personal experience with leaving and finding a job in another country? And how complicated is the process? I don’t have a MLIS, so that further complicates things. Lastly, any countries anyone particularly recommends?
