How BILT can lower your credit score

I’ve had the BILT card for over 2 years. The points for rent is good. But if you do the rent reporting to boost your credit, it will count as a new account on your credit report so it will lower your credit account age thus lowering your credit score. The new BILT 2.0 will do the same.
