How long/how much does it take to get a 3200 team?

Ex PES player here... Even used to be top 1000 on Xbox at some point. But I was able to compete because there were "divisions" back then according to your team cap, so I stuck to the 4* league and the only issue where the white benchers. When efootball released, I got some bonus Romario and Beckham but ultimately left the game because it wasn't PES.

I came back this year, and my squad is 3036 but I keep getting matched with Div 1 players with >3200 teams and SA turned on ( I even got "humillated" on Twitch by a top 50 player lol. My skills have gone down considering that I'm getting older and I actually play after long day at work lol, but I feel powerless when they play long ball and my VVD just gets outrun even if I had the advantage...

I remember we used to be able to use GP to spin... What's the path forward as a F2P
