How to add vortex GTS patches??

This is from the slow your roll patch . " A number of mods from GTS have been included here, marked optional. This should cut back on the number of file conflicts that users have to deal with themselves, as well as aid in supplying the correct load order. These mods should NOT be downloaded from this collection page."

Then how should the mods be added to the collection? Sorry for the dumb question.
