Di naregular

Hello! My 6 months probationary period is gonna end this month, is it bad sa next employer ko if hindi ako niregular? Will I get coe? May kutob lang ako na di ako mareregular sa current hospital ko ngayon, baka makaaffect siya when I try to apply again
