When did symptoms start

I am currently 6 weeks 5 days and have not really had much for symptoms yet. I’ve definitely had sore breasts but really only very mild nausea a few times and nothing else. I’m feeling worried maybe my hcg levels aren’t rising or something else might be wrong? I don’t have my first appointment for two more weeks :/ when did you start really feeling symptoms?
