Upgrading 3rd Gen M1

I currently own the third-generation iPad Pro with the M1 chip. I absolutely love it and it fulfils all my needs. I use it with the Logitech Combo Touch, and I’m considering upgrading to a 13-inch model. While I don’t think I need to go all the way to the M5 chip, I do use the iPad outdoors and would like something that performs well in bright sunlight. Could you suggest which iPad Pro would be the best upgrade for me?
