Has anyone else heard Void Inside by Phelian? Sounds like Sippy Cup

I came across this song today and thought it was a partial Sippy Cup instrumental at first. I then thought maybe it was older and Mel had sampled it, but it's more recent. It's definitely different, but the Dna is there for me. Anyone else hear it?
