Anyone here in the Army?

Currently getting T at a off post clinic, but I don't want to keep going there every week, so I want to ask them for a prescription and then get the T from an off-post pharmacy and do it myself at home. But will bringing a prescription to an off-post pharmacy alert the Army's clinic/PA that I am taking T? Obviously, I don't want that so I don't get into any trouble.

How do you guys do it? I have also been thinking of online clinics that I heard mentioned here a few times, but would that alert the on-post medics that I got a prescription and is taking T?
