Best UK spots for lesbians?

I’m finishing uni soon here in Canada and want to do a gap year somewhere in the UK so I can use the youth mobility scheme Visa program to live/work. Trying to figure out what place would be best for me to find work, feel comfortable, and find a solid queer/sapphic community. Right now I’m considering Edinburgh or other places in Scotland, or Wales. Wondering if any UK lesbians have any advice? It’ll be my first time living on my own and is a pretty big step for me and I want an adventure (hopefully some sapphic adventures come along with it!). Thank you to anyone who responds xx
