Help me write my spineless DM my exit letter

So my store manager is quite literally the best human being I have ever worked for. At 27, with a decade in the workforce now, my SM was my first boss at my very first job. Flash forward a couple years, and many many jobs later, I needed a new PT gig to supplement. Said SM was at Aldi and loving it and I jumped at the idea of working for them again. It’s been almost a year now of me being at Aldi with them, February would be my official one year. But I’m gone after my scheduled shifts this week.

They canned my SM. On some absolute bullshit mind you. They fired multiple tenured managers across our entire division. Why? Because they wouldn’t put up with their bullshit and run us all into the ground. And they’re tired of paying out that high capped wage I guess.

When our store has outperformed in literally every single category basically since my SM took over the store. The way that the entire team wants to quit now because of this. We were already breaking our backs for this bullshit company… now who knows what will come next. Every single full time employee is scheduled 6 days a week now next week because that’s the only way possible to keep the store running. Two employees already called me crying over it, that’s how much this SM means to this store, they are genuinely the best boss and we had the best team.

Now I have another job that pays the bills so I’m in the position to absolutely unleash want I want to say. So with that, please help me with any additions you may have for my fuck everything set the place on fire to my spineless, joke of a DM. The nastier the better. Thanks friends!
