P0741: TCC System Stuck Off

Just bought an ‘01 Silverado LT WITH THE 4l60E and the 5.3l motor 3 days ago and this morning I started seeing error codes pop up on my dash. (Yay shady sellers) The one that’s actually concerning me is this error code involving the transmission, I’m not too sure what this TCC solenoid entails but from what I’m seeing it looks like I’d need to drop the pan to replace this part.

My question is what have you guys done to address this situation because it feels like there’s not much information on the subject online. I know my way around a wrench and feel comfortable doing most repairs, but I’ve never worked on a transmission before. I’m not against it but I’d like to have a good idea of what I’m doing and what needs done before i make irreparable mistakes.
