Taoist Sexual Kung Fu — Techniques for Control and Circulation

  1. Once your breath is steady, your awareness is grounded, and your energy is beginning to build, you’re ready to work with it during arousal. Taoist Sexual Kung Fu isn’t about force or suppression. It’s about moving energy instead of releasing it, like redirecting a river before it floods.
  2. Most men hit the point of no return because the energy builds up too fast in the genitals, and they have no place for it to go. Taoist techniques teach you how to circulate that energy through the body, taking pressure off the pelvic floor and helping you stay present.
  3. One of the core techniques is called testicle breathing. You bring your awareness to your testicles. As you inhale, imagine breathing into them. As you exhale, gently draw that sensation upward through your spine toward your head, then down the front of your body, back to the lower belly. This follows the Microcosmic Orbit. The breath becomes the vehicle for moving arousal.
  4. Another key method is reverse breathing. As you inhale, gently draw your lower belly in. As you exhale, relax the belly and let the energy settle into the Dantian. This helps direct the arousal inward and keeps it from spilling over. It may feel unnatural at first, but it trains the body to contain and circulate pressure rather than release it.
  5. During sexual activity or masturbation, pay attention to the moment when sensation begins to rise too quickly. This is when you apply the “draw up, spread out” principle. Gently contract the pelvic floor just enough to contain the energy, then guide your awareness up the spine with your inhale, and spread it through the chest and limbs with your exhale. This takes practice but gives you more time and control.
  6. One of the most important skills is to catch the buildup early. Don’t wait until you’re already at the edge. Learn to recognize the stages of arousal. On a scale of one to ten, try to stay in the four to seven range as you practice. Build awareness at lower intensities before trying to manage it under pressure.
  7. These techniques are not meant to be done with tension or fear. If you strain, you block the flow. The goal is to feel more, not less. With regular practice, these methods will help you hold more pleasure in your body without rushing to release it.
  8. Taoist Sexual Kung Fu is like any martial art. It takes time, repetition, and presence. But the results go beyond sex. You build inner strength, clearer awareness, and a calm body. Your confidence becomes rooted in your own energy, not performance.
  9. In the next chapter, we’ll shift back to emotional and energetic clearing. You’ll learn the Inner Smile and Six Healing Sounds — simple but powerful tools to release old tension, shame, or fear stored in the body.
  10. Reflection: What happens in your body at the moment just before ejaculation? Can you feel the shift in breath, tension, or attention? What would change if you could guide that energy instead of release it?
