I Folded

I’m having a run where I challenge myself not to use any summons. It’s was going really good until I got to death bird in the mountain tops. I kept getting beat and beat over and over. I even watched a youtube video on how to beat it and dodge certain attacks but unfortunately to no avail. I used my +10 mimic and destroyed it lol. I also messed up a bit and my mimic ended up fighting with a dagger that had golden vow lol. But the challenge is still continuing although it’s only gonna get harder and I can definitely see myself loosing sanity from this challenge lol. Has anyone else done any cool challenges for themselves?
