launch issues

i just recently enabled secure boot in my BIOS after trying to play valorant and encountering an issue that required it to be enabled, but now stellar blade won't launch.

i had mods enabled so i tried completely uninstalling it and reinstalling a clean game but nothing. tried running with administration, still nothing. when i try to launch it, it pops up with the steam launching page, briefly registers i'm playing the game in steam, but then closes. i have no idea how to fix this or what could be causing it
