PS5 server transfers without "Ticket"

[USA] Anyone have any luck getting them to let you transfer servers after the 30 day cooldown without a $20 "transfer ticket?" I made the mistake and probably misread the servers available to PS5 players. I went from one of the hyper boost servers to a regular and apparently its dead. I finished the current story line and decided to use the free transfer ticket to change to a different server, apparently that was a mistake. I couldn't queue into any thing unless I spent hours on the game. I missed all of the holiday events. I couldn't progress because I couldn't join the dungeons. I tried to join guilds but all requests timed out.

Contacted support about it to see if they would let me after the 30 days but they are clearly coping and pasting prompts. They kept mentioning nothing they could do because of the server cool down even though I directly asked about possibilities after that. out of protest I considered deleting the entire Throne and Liberty account. The only problem with that is I would have to delete my entire Amazon games account which I have other games tied to it.

I get the need to have the cooldowns but I feel like propping up dead servers like "Weekend at Bernie's" to make more money with the transfer tickets is a bit much.

Any luck getting a transfer without the ticket?
