I'm from Singapore and i have a foreign domestic helper. I've told her to eat her breakfast before 8am (she starts work at 7am) so that when my baby wakes up she can be fully functional to help out instead of me waiting on her to finish her breakfast if my baby wakes up and needs care during the time she just happened to be eating.

She has reiterated that she can't take breakfast that early because she can't "stomach it". However as an employer i do have the right to set her mealtime, don't i? Or was that too much of an ask?

P.S Also, is it normal for them to go to the toilet like over 7 times daily and each time being over 15 minutes long?
