Problem/Goal: Remote work while abroad for vacation

hi! ill be going to Hong Kong next week, paano po ba ang immigration/other laws when it comes to working remote while abroad for vacation?

context: I am still under probationary period in my current company so wala pa akong leave benefits, so leave without pay ako for 5 days 🥲now, i talked to my supervisor and we agreed na i can work remotely on select days while on my 1 week trip to HK next week para naman din hindi ako 5 days walang pay.

ask ko lang if dapat ba akong kabahan with immigration? wala kasi ako massecure na approved leave because of our internal agreement ni supervisor. should i disclose this set up pa?
