MY ACCOUNT GOT BANNED FOR A REASON I DIDN'T DO

now i paid form my order days ago then a stupid seller cancelled my order i don't cancel my orders I was waiting for it and then shoppee just banned me due to cancellation of orders I alreadypaidfor that and they refunded me I still have one order left THAT I ALREADY PAID I couldn't get to the page where I can talk to a customer service I already emailed them but damn. This is such a hassle I hate it!

SHOPPEE SHOULD FIX THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IT'S TIRESOME!
