I know it's hard. Sharing a small win with some help from dnsys x1. What's yours?
I know most of the time MS feels like constant pain and frustration. In the beginning, I kind of gave up on myself. I had no energy, no motivation, and most days I just felt stuck. What really made a difference was the people around me. My friends and family stayed with me, encouraged me, and reminded me I wasn't doing this alone. Slowly, that helped me accept MS, and also accept myself.
With a more positive mindset, I started actively looking for different treatment options and committed to rehab training. Recently, I had a small but really meaningful win. During rehab, I was able to stand and walk a short distance steadily without relying on assistive devices.
Before this, I had been doing wall-supported training while wearing a dnsys X1 exoskeleton, following my therapist's advice. Being able to take those steps on my own felt incredibly encouraging for me.
