Wifi locker decky plugin?

I am on a Go S but have used the other posts here to fix many issues. My deck has the "streaming stutter" from the Wifi scanning. I used to run it on my Wifi 6 network but that is always a pain updating from world to US every update.

I read about the Wifi locker decky plug in today and installed it through decky and was getting a "bash error" which seems to be fairly complicated to fix?

I then downloaded the 1.02 zip file and installed it in base steam os (not desktop mode) using the dev tools and install from zip. That is giving me a TypeError: Failed to fetch dynam error and says means plug in needs update.

Any idea on the easiest way to fix this? I just wish this OS would let me say stop scanning the networks.
