CCA Question (Spoiler?)

Am I crazy that I remember Char made Gyunei retreat and leave the Jagd Doga behind, so Psycho Frame can be leaked to Londo Bell and Amuro? Or was that just me mixing up BC version? Or was it a UC Engage added content? I am confused?
