Newbie Driver, what are your tips to get faster?

I've been driving for about 3 weeks now. I'm overall doing pretty good. I've gotten done early and on time most days. There are some days though that I struggle to get done on time.

What are your tips, tricks, and general advice? I'd love to hear them!
