Can someone please explain why the charts on FIDELITY have DRAMATIC PRICE SWINGS that DON'T APPEAR on SCHWAB/TOS charts? (SEE IMAGE)

These 2 images are of the EXACT SAME MOMENT on the EXACT SAME STOCK at 2 different brokers (Schwab and Fidelity) and yet Fidelity has price dips as low as $5 and Schwab only drops to $8.75. HUGE DIFFERENCE! I see these drops often on Fidelity, during what I call the 8 o'clock shuffle.

Can anyone explain this?
