‘Ronaldinho is not good,he doesn’t have Tiki-Taka’

This was a sentence that I read on a Tiktok comment when the WW Ronaldinho SBC came out. This is what playstyles have the turned the game into

Instead of going all in and using one of the most fun and entertaining players of all time, you’re now hesitating and overthinking the situation. This feature has turned the game into an absolute snooze-fest.A boring and one dimensional video game where players now feel like Overwatch characters with special abilities and fucking perks

EAFC is not football, because in football nobody is gonna put Pina above Papin.Nobody is putting Aitana over Xavi, and yet every single game that I play is against Pina and Aitana and Putellas

Franco Baresi, the mentor of Maldini and Nesta, one of the most important defenders in the history of football goes for discard price.Roberto Baggio,a player that 90% of Italian Football looks up to,gets a random RW card that is worse than his Silver Icon objective card

Boras Legend, one of the best streamers out there, benched Ronaldinho after a week because as he stated ‘doesn’t have any passing playstyles’.Isn’t that sad?

The fact that we have so many players available, players that created a legacy that cannot be replicated and created moments that are still remembered after so long, and yet people prefer to use the same meta over and over again because the only thing that matters to them is the result

And I understand what you’re gonna tell me.That these are virtual cards and don’t really matter because they gonna release new versions that are better, and I fully agree with that, but Im just tired of people being so dependent on playstyles

I used Luis Figo this past weekend,a card that costs 60k and had an absolute blast with him.Did I use him because of his playstyle? No.I used him because I ran a full Portugal 11 and because he is Luis Figo,a legend of the game

4 months after the game released and I still haven’t seen an opponent use Kaka or Rudolf Voller

10 Years ago I was patiently waiting for EA to release a Legend Card for Del Piero, and now I can’t use him because he doesn’t have the good ‘playstyles’

What a joke
