[WW] What were the two dungeons cut from Wind Waker? And who would the sages habe been?

Has it ever been confirmed what the two cut dungeons would have been?

I assume one would have given you the last pearl prior to Tower of the Gods and likely involved bombs due to the fact that that's the item you get while getting the pearl. But what would the dungeon have been.

The other dungeons would have likely been a third temple to awaken a sage. What would the item have been? Ans who would the historical sage have been? Possibly a Goron since the other two were a Kokiri and a Zora.

Plus, there's no obvious candidate for the contemporary sage (a la Medli and Makar). The last temple would have probably involved collaborating with the new sage like the other two. Presumably thelat sage would have been introduced before the bomb dungeon involving the last pearl. But which race would they have been? There are no other new races in WW.
