Advice on how to get back to my life after suicidal period

I (15m) had a really rough period of a couple months when I began to develop early stage schizoaffective disorder and became utterly convinced I had a tumor in my head. After I found out I didn’t I kind of mentally spiraled out for a month until I got antipsychotics and Zoloft. I just recently took them and am the most tired I’ve ever been. I want to get back caught up in school but doing the work from that period is sort of traumatizing and I’m scared of communicating with my teachers. After being medicated I feel much more stable but I just don’t know what I should be doing.
