What tech should I prioritize? DF, S2S, OR MASTERY?

Hey guys.

I'm struggling with which technology to prioritize. I'm currently pushing defensive fortifications and siege-to-siege (both at 35%). My main squad has 32.81M; I'd like to reach 33M before the end of season 2, but I'm not sure if increasing aircraft mastery is the best approach.
