Broken figures?

I know I’ve heard talks of people reach out to hasbro customer service for a replacement figure that came broken, I just got 86 swoop and out of the box his leg leg ratchet is completely broken and loose. I’ve tried looking online but nowhere I’ve seen is actually like customer service or support? Anyone know what to do? I’d like to get a replacement figure
