I live in California and my husbands employer is based in another state. My plan isn’t showing that I have IVF coverage even though I should be covered by SB 729

My plan is United Healthcare Choice Plus large group and fully insured and my husbands employer told us we would be covered prior to open enrollment. Has anybody else experienced this with their out of state employer? If so, how did you go about getting it handled by the insurance or your employer?
