Disintegration: A new twist on an old question

I've seen it discussed in this sub and others over the years: If you were going to re-integrate all the B-sides and extra tracks from Disintegration into the album, what would that tracklist look like? The consensus is usually that the album is perfect as is, and that's the way the band wanted it, so why mess with it? After all, the other songs were abandoned for a reason.

That's where I'm jumping in and saying "not so fast". I believe that's true of the unfinished Deluxe Edition rarities Noheart, Esten, Delirious Night, and Pirate Ships. Those songs really were abandoned for one reason or another. On the other hand, Babble, Fear of Ghosts, 2 Late, and Out of Mind were all finished and released as B-sides. I believe it was pretty down to the wire as to which of the finished songs would wind up on the album and which would become B-sides, and I believe this was due more to time constraints, wishing to keep the album as a single disc.

Which brings us to the big question: I believe that if Disintegration was released today, digitally, without the constraints of physical media, then Babble, Fear of Ghosts, 2 Late, and Out of Mind would all have been included in the tracklist.

So what does THAT tracklist look like?
