What happens when you buy from Tumblbug?

I've been planning on buying some digital art materials from Tumblbug, but I'm confused. If I order it, where are the downloading materials sent? Is it the messages in Tumblbug? Is it sent to your phone? Is it sent to your email/gmail? Can anyone help me?
