strange things happening in my house after buying second-hand clothing. (update)

hello everyone. i’m the person who made the post about strange things happening in my house after i bought secondhand clothing.

the same night i made that post, i decided to get rid of the dress. my mom put it in a bag with salt, said it wasn’t welcome & told it to go back where it came from. i sprayed florida water on the bag & we threw it out far away from the house.

since then, i’ve been sleeping in my mom’s room because i haven’t felt comfortable staying in my own room. i was scared that what we did wasn’t enough. i also had a priest come & bless the house, including my room, about five days ago.

tonight, my mom finally experienced something herself. someone seemed like they were trying to come into the room she’s now sleeping in. what’s confusing is that both incidents happened the same way. the lights were off, we were already inside the room, the door was locked & we were in bed when the doorknob started rattling like someone was trying to get in.

at first, my mom laughed & thought it was me. she even joked that she had locked me out. but when she opened the door, she saw that i was actually in her room with my headphones on. she was shocked & called me right away. she apologized for not believing me before & for saying i was sick in the head.

i’m just confused. i thought that after everything we did, things would be okay, but they’re not. it only seems to happen with that door, so we’re wondering if there’s something wrong with the doorknob. what i don’t understand is why it only happens after the lights are off, the door is locked, & we’re already in bed.

i’m trying to make sense of this & it’s exhausting.
